This is an okay lash curler , but it is not as good as the hype surrounding it. Silly me, I finally fell victim to the hype.

After reading reviews on the great results it produced, I was disappointed that it was not as good as one that I had purchased from Shoppers Drug Mart for less money.

This curler broke out my skin after using it two days in a row. I have a nickel allergy, but never dreamt an eyelash curler would cause a reaction, since it only touches the skin for a few seconds at a time. For reference, the curler was bought directly from Shu Uemura's website. In my case, the eyelid skin that had contacted the metal rod ends became inflamed, itchy and crusty. Interestingly, the 'curved' metal piece caused no reaction, only the rods. I put nail polish over the rod ends and that worked for awhile, but recently my eyes broke out again as the polish began to wear off. It was used maybe 10-15 times since applying the polish. Please try another brand if you have a nickel allergy. I've never given a one star review before, but any beauty product that actively damages my body gets one star. The eyes are never a fun place to have a nickel reaction, but especially if you're going the extra mile to look nice for a special occasion.

Great but no refills which means you will need to get a new one each time the rubber needs replacing

It's good for small eyes. It helps nonexistent lashes visible.

This is the best, and only Eyelash curler I have ever owned. My lashes are a very dark black, and some what short. So using this makes it looked like I used Mascara( without actually using it) I will for sure buy again if needed.

I've never used a curler that's so comfortable to use - no pinching.

My boyfriend got me this and I was amazed by this eyelash curler. For the longest time j tried doing my own curl, but then I followed the instructions on the back and LOVED the results!

I have tried many eyelash curlers and this one is by far superior. It doesn’t pinch, and it doesn’t pull out lashes.
