The OG of lash curlers did not disappoint! It’s the best I’ve ever tried. Sometimes I don’t even need mascara anymore.

I have been looking forward to the day I could invest in this curler since I was a teen watching DWP. My lashes stick out kinda all over, from straight to downward to a few up,. The space for lashes in this curler *does not* accommodate this (it's half the height of my drugstore one). In fact, it kept pushing my lashes into my eyeball, making me blink and try to have to align it again to try to get every lash. When I thought I got them all, I did not, which made it even harder to get them all now that some were partially curled and the others were still straight down. I lost some lashes in the fight. The alignment of the press was also a bit off, where the right side pressed before the left. I could maybe forgive that on another less iconic/cheaper brand but not with this one. Unfortunately I do not recommend this product unless your lashes are very uniformly angled, whatever that angle may be. The mechanism and the silicone pad were nice though.

This is an excellent eyelash curler. It lasts forever. However, the pads, do not. They last longer than other brands but shu doesn't offer replacement pads for purchase. Please sell replacements. Your curler works so well partly because of the "squish" density in the pad. People are using tweezerman and shiseido replacements because they can't afford a whole new shu curler. It's not the same. I'd imagine you'd want people to maintain the integrity of your tools. Customers would pay for the pads. Please offer them.

Everything was perfect the shipping, the product, I just am in love with this. It makes my lashes curl so nicely and it stays. It is worth the money if you do makeup a lot, or sometimes I just curl it but don’t apply any mascara! It’s a lovely curler

i have resorted to using battery operated eyelash curlers because my lashes are really stubborn. But I hate it when they run out of battery specially on days when I need it most with no spare on hand. My lashes are long but not curled up and thick in strand so my eyes look droopy. Your eyelash curler is indeed a superstar based on the reviews I have read and I don't regret buying it.

Best eyelash curler I have used so far! It gives a natural curl and it stays curled even after I remove my waterproof mascara. It's just that good! Never pinched myself and it just feels so well made and has a good quality that I know would last long. Even my sister is also raving about it after she used it for the first time. This product is just too fabulous! I purchased the shubest holiday set (which includes the 150ml antioxi cleansing oil, and hooray because I am about to run out of it) because I wanted to try this curler for the longest time. Buying the set was definitely worth it. I was so delighted with my splurge... Oh well I guess I had to treat myself once in a while!

Purchased this on a whim, I quickly realised that not all eyelash curlers are created equal. This is the definitely the best one I've owned! Has a great shape and makes an immediate impact. The curl holds for a decent amount of time which is rare for me as I have fairly straight downward lashes. Love it!

I've used dozens of different eyelash curlers over the years and this Shu Uemura one is the only one to have ever worked on my long thin eyelashes. My eyelashes are naturally pin straight and usually never stay curled throughout the day. However using this curler once in the morning before applying mascara is enough to last until I go to bed!

I'm not sure if it's how they designed the curve on the curler but it gets ALL my lashes at the right spot. Used to use a bodyshop one but I'd have to do it again and again. Now with this one I just go in at the base, middle, and the tip and voila!
