This is the only eyelash curler I use. Love this product!! However, it would be nice if we can just buy the replacement pads instead of a new curler.

I had many Shu Uemura eyelash curlers and I noticed they have changed the pad. This “new” version doesn’t do a good job of curling the inner lashes. It curls the outside, but overall the metal and pad doesn’t do a good job of curling. It use to lift all my lashes. I tried adjusting it, but no luck.

Good quality product. I used it for many years. It could be nice to just buy the refill instead of the complete eyelash curler.

Product delivers adequate results, but not any greater than any other average eyelash curler. I was disappointed with this product after all the hype reviews saying how great it was. It was no better than other curlers, and I could have spent less money.

Best curler that fits my eye shape no doubt, the pad is very durable too, mine lasted me more than 2 years. But here I am, only frustrated to find out that they don't sell refill pads. I can't justify throwing it away and buy a new one just for the pad. Please start selling refills!! In this era, being an environmentally responsible company is the way to go Shu Uemura!

I've had my eye on this curler for years and decided to finally buy. There's something about this that makes my eyelashes so perfectly curled! Love it so much I bought for my girlfriends and my daughters.

I was so excited after reading all the reviews / 'award winning' info on this curler. Unfortunately I'm not sure why reviews are so positive. I'm 41, been curling my lashes for 25 years - so I do know how to :) This curler does pinch - watery eyes - no thanks. I've been using for a month and noted my eye lashes are coming out -bald in one spot and the rest thin. Sometimes the eyelashes are curly, but no more then with my cheaper curler -which doesn't pinch. I'd say, don't buy the hype. Really, I think good mascara and a primer will give you better results with a cheaper curler

It is very comfy on my eyes. It’s the first curler I buy in my life (47yrs old), I always looked at those things with a bit of apprehension, so I wanted a good one for my first time.

I searched online for the best eyelash curler, and this seemed to be it. Unfortunately after paying $20 and waiting for my product to ship, I am not impressed. The reviews made it seem like it would fit any eye shape, but I find the opening to insert your eyelashes to be VERY small and uncomfortable. I do have big, round eyes so maybe that has something to do with the awkwardness of using this product. The curl itself is also not as impressive as I expected from the reviews. Sadly I am not super happy with this product and it was not worth my money. I have owned curlers from the drugstore that give a better curl.

Love this curler, have used them for years and it's an essential piece in my makeup bag. My only issue is that you can't purchase the rubber refils, which do degrade over time. So you're forced to purchase a whole new curler. This is wasteful because you end up throwing away a perfectly good curler once the rubber pieces wear/tear. I wish shu eumura would change this.
