I think the cleaning oil is the best for combination skin. Not dry. My black spots at nose are reduced. However, I’m very disappointed with the shipping are tooooooo bad. I ordered the oils on NOVEMBER 27, but I couldn’t receive them yet on DECEMBER 21. Even though, I contacted the costumer service twice, they just made tracking number only on Nov. 28 and Dec. 8. They answered on December 17 that the replacement is in transit. That’s all, no apology. I asked to investigate this issue, but no answer. Please be careful when you want to order.

We've ordered twice from you for this product. First order was fine and came relatively quickly. Our recent order was placed on Nov. 9th. It was past the estimated delivery estimate Fri. 14 Nov. - Thu. 20 Nov. I had to follow up multiple times because 1. This was a gift 2. Very tardy with 0 communication from Shu. The tracking ended being cancelled for no reason. I had to reach out to Shu to resolve things. The online chat representative promised a full replacement of 3 items (including a kinu care glow up free item which was in the original order). Shu did NOT honour that because it went out of stock and actually another representative had the audacity to cancel the item after I brought this up. They only offered a $5 credit despite my original order being messed up. I would give you 0 stars if I could. I ordered on Nov 9th and my order finally arrived Dec 11th after multiple emails (minus 1 item that Shu would not honour). We will not order again and will caution family & friends.

I used only this one for 20 years since I start used this one. My skin and eyes are too sensitive, but this one is very soft and not irritation for my skin and eyes, so I have to use a cleansing oil carefully. This one is good match my skin exactly. I tried to use onter cleansing oils before using this one, but I could not use other cleansing oils. Only this one is the best for me so far.

I’ve been a long-time fan of this product, which makes this experience really disappointing. After weeks of silence about a missing order, I won’t be purchasing again.

I've been using the cleansing oils when it was the only product in the market (20+ years ago). Copy cats haven't been able to replicate its effectiveness and quality. It cleans all types of make-up effectively and gently, leaving to our skin soft and supple. No harshness, dryness or residues. It is pricey but the bottle lasts a long time (a year), so on a per wash basis, it is totally worth it!
