This has been my go to eyebrow pencil for over 10 years. I love the sword shape it comes in as it makes for easy and fast application. However, the pencil I received in my order was sharpened to a typical pointy cone. This was been quite disappointing to say the least. Shu Uemura has also pulled out of the Canadian market presence and I can’t even go to a counter to ask for help.
Thank goodness i discovered your website in Canada. I used your eye brow pencil for decades. Used to purchase at The Bay at Queen Street in Toronto but you vanished from that store and so did the store eventually (sad) and i was down to my last inch on my pencil and searching for a replacement since I ran through my stock pile of your pencils. Please bring back the seal brown pencil in the traditional form. I love it and this is the only true taupe that works for my blonde brows. Everything else is just too orange!! It is bar none the best eyebrow pencil ever made! Your classic. I will take it with a regular point with no issues, I just miss it. Now I have found you and become a member, I will order regularly. I especially love that you have travel size face oils for cleansing. So many don't and ma.y different formulas. I am looking forward to trying them all again. It has been so long since I have been able to access them. Bravo Shu! Glad to have you back! Please bring back the pressed eyeshadow case for the refill. I love the texture of that shadow.
I specifically wanted the sword-shaped tip, so I ordered several shades. However, all the pencils I received were sharpened into a standard pointed cone, which was very disappointing and not consistent with the product description. These are not what I wanted at all. If you’re looking for the sword-shaped tip, I wouldn’t recommend buying these, it’s a waste of money.
