start with a luxury scalp double cleanse.
start with ashita supreme intense revitalization scrub. apply to the scalp, working from front to back, and emulsify. use the scalp revitalization brush to stimulate and relieve tension. rinse to remove all impurities.

then, use ashita supreme intense revitalization shampoo. emulsify by massaging the scalp and hair. rinse.

for thin hair, use ashita supreme intense revitalization conditioner. this treatment replenishes hair by intensely nourishing fibers from roots to tips, and smooth the hair for a lavish touch.

For normal to thick hair, use ashita supreme intense revitalization treatment. in small sections, starting at the roots, apply from lengths to tips. leave in for 5 minutes. proceed to a shiatsu massage by focusing on pressure points.
